Tangerine Quartz - is it natural or labratory made?

The first time I saw Tangerine Quartz, the question that was uppermost in my mind was, “Is it natural?” Tangerine Quartz is natural and also laboratory made. In the pictures above, the left is natural Tangerine Quartz while the right one is lab coated.
